Imperial Bay Residences is next door to the world-renowned KOI Resort with the beach almost at the door, fancy restaurants and bars, spas, a full gym, shops, and other amenities to enjoy. We are also only five minutes drive from all the other amenities in the Frigate Bay area and that includes a supermarket, a variety of bars and restaurants, retail stores, tennis courts, the largest casino in the Eastern Caribbean, and the Emerald Mist Spa at the Marriott Resort, and other entertainment spots including the 18-hole championship Royal St. Kitts Golf Course.
Note: These amenities do require the guests’ to pay an additional fee.
We have very attractive rental rates for persons needing medium-term accommodations from one month to eleven months without the full-year commitment that most other properties require. Our medium-term monthly rates for our one-bedroom start at US$1,699, and US$2,899.
